Pork bisteak w/corn
Ingredients
½ kl. Pork meat
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp. seasoning sauce
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tsp. sugar
1 can whole corn kernel
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. onion
¼ tsp. ground black pepper
Procedure
1. Cut the pork meat into strip and set aside,
2. Heat the wok and place butter, garlic, onion until golden brown.
3. Sauté the pork meat until like fried, and place oyster sauce, soy sauce, seasoning sauce, 1 cup of water and bring to boiled.
4. And place the remaining ingredients and cover and boiled until done. And served hot.
Cooking time
20-30 minutes
Make a 7-8 serving
