Chicken sisig
Ingredeints
1 kl. Breast chicken
½ kl. Onion
½ kl. Sili long green
5 pcs. Sili labuyo
¼ tsp. ground black pepper
1 tbsp. Seasnoning sauce
2 tbsp. Liver spread
¼ cup mayonnaise
Salt for the taste
1tsp. Oyster sauce
¼ cup Calamansi juice
Procedure
1. Fried the chicken breast, until golden brown, and slice set aside,
2. Sauté the fried breast chicken into a little butter,galic ,onion,
3. And place chicken, and the remaining ingredients.,
4. Make onion ring for the topping and slice onion leaves, and served with calamansi to bring a good taste of chicken sisig.
