2 pcs. Calamansi
200 grms. Flour
1/4 cup oil
1 pc. Egg
1 pinch salt
1 pinch seasoning
2 slice cucumber
Little leeks
2 slice carrots
1/4 pc. Red bell pepper
1 pounch pineapple tidbits or 1/4 cup pineapple juice
2 tsp. Brown sugar
Procedure:
Cut the creamdory fish into 4 slice,then
Please on a clean bowl,mix the salt,seasoning,black pepper, extract of calamansi juice,Mix it, and coated into flour and deep fryed,
Sauce:
1/2 cup water please on a caserole and
3 tblspn.brown sugar,
and the pineapple, bring to boiled
and the 2 tsp. Cornstarch (desolved in 2 spoon of water), and
boiled for a few minutes.
